Payment must be provided with final proof acceptance.
Accepted proof
and payment will not be accepted after the
1st of the month. All
prepared ads must be submitted electronically via e-mail, our FTP site,
or CD. Hard-copy ads are acceptable, but will result in a
$5.00 scan fee and art charge if changes are required.
Design work provided by 400 Edition
to
properly resize prepared ads will result in an art charge. The editor of 400
Edition reserves the right to require ad modification based upon
overall fit with our standards.
Color and special placement are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Neither multiple listing nor price-focused ads are accepted. Images ads are preferred.
