If you have ready artwork or an article with accompanying files, you have several options for transporting them to us.

1) Send Your Files via our File Upload Utility

FTP (File Transfer Protocol) is a virtual hard drive available via an Internet connection. By clicking on the "Upload Files" icon on the right-hand side of the screen toward the bottom, you will have access to our FTP site via an Open Source Software package called File Thingie.

After logging in, create a directory to store your files by typing a descriptive name under "Create folder" and click OK. The new folder you created will appear on the list on the right labeled "Files". Click on that folder name so that the files you load will be placed in the folder.

In the box labeled "Upload files",  click the "Browse" button to navigate to the location of the files you wish to upload on your local machine. Select the files, one at a time, to upload. If you accidentally select a file you do not wish to upload, simply click the small red "X" next to the file name in the "Upload files" box. After selecting all files, click the upload button. Once your files have been uploaded, they will be listed in the "Files" box on the right.

After uploading all of your files, click "Logout" on the upper right-hand corner of your screen.
