To register for an account on the 400 Edition web site, click the Register link at the bottom of the Login box (on the Home page, it's on the bottom, right-hand side of the page). It is important that you properly identify yourself while registering for an account.

After you register, you will receive a notice that requires clicking a link to verify your e-mail address

Once our administrator has approved your account, you will receive another notice that your account has been approved. Now you're ready to log in!
