Homebuyer's Guide, County Information
North Georgia has proven to be the land of opportunity for Lloyd and
Nancy Snyder and the owners of the houses they build. Both Lloyd and
Nancy grew up in the business, with homebuilding fathers, so it was
inevitable that they would carry he torch themselves. Like many in the area, Lloyd and Nancy escaped the hot, flat lands of Florida
and quickly adapted to life as Georgians, and they brought a legacy with them. They both love the area and are proud to call it home to their family. Although they have been known to build a little bit of Key West in these mountains, they love the materials and natural fit of more rustic abodes. You can read more about this hard-working family on page 34.
Always one of our most popular issues, the Home Buyer’s Guide is all about buying and selling a home in North Georgia—where to look, what to look for, and lots of help on everything in-between.
