Cover photo: The Frog Hollow Company

Babies and Father Christmas…can’t get more festive than that for the holidays! We could just hear Father Christmas reading 'Twas the Night Before Christmas to these young ones. If your family is looking for

kid-friendly, traditional celebration of Christmas, be sure to turn to page 32 for a listing of what is in store at a Dahlonega Old-Fashioned Christmas. Although you will want to be there on December 1 for the parade and illumination of the square, there are exciting events scheduled from November 17 through December 22. The quaint shops that make up the square will be open through Christmas Eve—and what a way to shop. Be sure to check www.dahlonega.org for more Dahlonega Old-Fashioned Christmas.

That beautiful picture on the cover is compliments of The Frog Hollow Company, thestudio of husband and wife photojournalists Kenny and Cindy Simmons. Father Christmas will be visiting their studio on December 1-2, brightening smiles and sharing the Sweet Spirit of Christmas. While the children visit with Father Christmas, the Simmons team can capture the magic of believing” with photojournalistic portraits that develop a photographic essay andnot just a picture.
