CEO/Founder/Web Mistress
When you look up wearing multiple hats in the dictionary, this is the picture you'd find. Beth is of the opinion that you can be a wife, mother, strong business person, and "girly girl". Not to be confused with trying to be SuperWoman, Beth relies upon God, family, and strong resources within business to achieve these goals.
In addition to her operational responsibilities with 400 Edition, Beth also pens the popular Getting Informed column and several business-related articles in the magazine.
After working for several major companies as an IT and business consultant during an 18 year career, Beth wanted to find a way to still bring value to businesses, yet maximize the time spent with her family. To accommodate this dream, Beth founded Ivy League Images, Inc., along with Linda Merritt and Carole Lee. In March 2003, after several years of continued focus on helping small businesses grow, the group executed a plan to launch 400 Edition. In 2006, Beth joined forces with Gerry Sommers and Brent Laminack to form 3by400 which has been focused on rescuing web sites at risk and generally making a better Internet world.
Beth is happily married with two brilliant sons. In her spare time, Beth sings.
Beth attributes her success and joie de vivre to keeping God first, knowing when to hunker down to get a job done, keeping a song in her heart, and surrounding herself with a capable, trusted team.
