The South has been Carole's home from birth. Though her earliest years were in Mississippi, she really grew up in Blairsville, Georgia, and calls it her hometown. Carole can’t imagine any other way of life. Her husband of 20 years, Chuck, and girls, Mallory and Kelsey, feel the same way. But even here in the South, things seem to be changing.
For many, work is becoming more important than God and family. Carole appreciates that 400 Edition strives to keep a proper balance. One of the beautiful things about the relationships the staff shares is the ability to sharpen each other and hold each other accountable for word and deed. It’s just way too cool! Now Carole lives in South Carolina, about 200 miles from Dahlonega, and though for the better part of our first year she traveled to Dahlonega each month, now she tries to make the trip only quarterly. Carole is very pleased to be associated with 400 Edition and its staff, and hopes y’all will send plenty of messages to keep all of us informed as to how we’re doing. |
