My husband and I found Castleberry Ridge over a year ago and fell instantly in love with the
views and the overall feeling we got from the neighborhood. We visited Castleberry Ridge
almost every weekend for about six months, walking in and out of all the new homes. Although
the homes were all beautiful, we just couldn’t find one that was exactly what we needed for our
price range. Then we drove in one weekend and saw an advertisement for Phase II.
Within a week, we had our current home on the market, and a contract for
a new lot in Phase II. We were able to pick our own house plan and have it
adjusted to meet our needs. This was our first experience building a home,
and with Precision Home Builders, it was a pleasant one. We truly love living
in Castleberry Ridge and everything is as we thought it would be. The
neighborhood is beautiful, the views are breathtaking, and the neighbors
